We develop solutions leveraging digitalization, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to support the circular economy, the agri-food sector, and climate change adaptation. Our work is strengthened by in-house AgroLabs, multi-actor co-creation processes, European project management, and strategic communication and dissemination activities. We also help public institutions optimize processes across multiple domains and enhance sustainable governance with participatory, technology-driven solutions.
We develop people-centered solutions aimed at generating tangible societal impact. We collaborate with public organizations, private entities, and international consortia to implement participatory processes, innovation laboratories, and governance structures that integrate all relevant stakeholders. Our approach combines collaborative methods and citizen science, ensuring that every project is inclusive, equitable, and effective. Areas of Expertise: Innovation Laboratories (Living Labs) Design and management of experimental environments in urban, rural, or agricultural contexts, where solutions are tested and refined with end-users. Citizen Participation and Multi-actor Co-creation We involve citizens and all key stakeholders from the very beginning of each project, incorporating gender perspectives to ensure diverse voices are heard. Through workshops and collaborative activities, we co-create solutions that are inclusive, equitable, and widely supported. Adaptive Governance Development of flexible institutional frameworks that adjust to project evolution and contextual changes, promoting ongoing participation and collaboration.
We support organisations, companies and SMEs in designing and implementing effective marketing, dissemination and exploitation strategies, ensuring that project outcomes are not just delivered — they are used. Dissemination: Sharing project results with the people and entities who can best make use of them: the scientific community, industry, commercial players, civil society and policymakers. Exploitation: Using results to develop, create, improve or bring to market a product, process or service — or to inform policies that can positively impact people’s quality of life.
